Don't waste time. Start procrastinating now.

The children are gone
Their children are gone
And I have been left all alone
I sit by the fire
But never perspire
For old and weak I have grown
I sip my green tea
In my house by the sea
Watch the sun set and rise every day
With Max in my lap
I knit a wool cap
For when the snowflakes come to play
I like to look
In my tattered scrapbook
At pictures from previous years
My grandson named Mark
A day at the park
My six year old nephew in tears
I miss everyone
My daughter, my son
The only one I have is me
But inside I am glad
Try not to be sad
In my little house by the sea
