So Bright, it's blinding
The sun is shining,
so bright it's blinding
the darkness swiftly fades away,
to reveal the light of day
you try to hide,
but the ray of light is so wide
you wipe your sleepy eyes
as the moon and stars say their last goodbyes
you emerge from your room,
into a dimlight hallway of gloom
But soon, the sun is shining,
So bright, it's blinding.

In the poem, by 'wide' I mean coming through the blinds, it's too much light to hide under you pillows and blankets.
