The Internet
She is my loud, informative, time-wasting friend
giving me Freedom, Communication, and Knowledge
Letting me see with the views of new perspectives
Rather young, around 25, I can tell we’ll be together till the end
She makes me want to laugh, cry, or feel somewhere in the middle
Though she shows me the best, she shows me the worst as well
But she still is more good than bad
Even when she breaks down tremendously, and an I & T just have to meddle
She teaches me in ways no one else can
And offers to teach everybody everywhere her vast knowledge
She has achieved great things in her lifetime so far;
who knows what else she will one day help us understand?

The internet is an amazing thing that brings both good and bad to our lives. I wanted to personify this technology that influences us so much everyday, so I wrote this.
