Deep inside, she makes me bleed.
Can’t you see it in my eyes?
Soft footsteps patter on the floor
The walls reverberate her cries.
Yet it’s not blood that flows through me
As her spirit dwells the halls;
It’s baby’s venom, bright and red
That spills whenever she falls.
She’s coming to destroy us
As I’m sure you already knew
You may paint the staircase white
But it only leads to you.
