Ballad of A Teenage Parent
Little Lynette would go out and play
In the sun or rain,
With such innocence and no care.
She would run and jump all across the lawn;
Getting dirt all over herself, and making her mother upset.
Until one day she grew up from those childish games.
She went to school,
Even though she thought it was lame.
The years went by and Little Lynette grew up.
She fell in love,
and soon enough a baby girl was born.
She now realized what her parents went through.
How hard it was to raise her.
