When life gives me a reason to cry, I'll show life that I have 1000 reasons to smile.

Remember the times we would ride our bikes? Or the time you fell to the ground?
Remember the times I was at your house, or when we were on the merry-go-round?
Remember the times when we were six, and we were caught playing in the dirt?
Remember the times you confessed your love? With you, I never was hurt.
Remember the times we sat in your room, thinking of things to do?
Remember the times we told all our secrets, or the silence when I would glance at you?
Remember the times we hosed ourselves down, 'cause we decided to climb that hill?
Remember the times we saw eachother less, but even so, I missed you still?
Remember the times you gave me "that look"? I remember it, you were such a tease.
Remember the times when we would reunite, and tie the memories?
Remember that day when you asked me out... but I was too afraid of love?
Remember that day when I finally left? It wasn't the dream I planned to walk out of.

Remember that day you gave me your look, and you took my hand and whispered low.
Remember that feeling when you read my heart and said, "This time I won't let you go."

I remember the times on our bikes. I remember being with you.
I remember the age of six, seven, eight, nine. The ages when love was all we knew.
How could you recognize love at such a young age? It's always puzzled my mind.
I remember now, that when we were young, you could see, but I was blind.

This is about my friend... when we were little, we were so close and he claimed he loved me. I never believed him until 10 years later, when I was 16 and he told me again.

I will because I can, I can because I want to, I want to becasue you said I couldn't.

Amazing, beautiful. Someone once said that the best lies are best on the truth, my dad says to write a good story it should be written from what has actually happened. You did that perfectly. What you said was so honest feeling and perfect, I felt like I was you for the few moments it took me to read it.

"What makes a flower a flower? And why doesn't the dandelion qualify?" -From my poem "Dandelions"

This reminds me of a few of my poems: "I never noticed" "have you ever?" and "i care, do you?" all 3 of them have a similar theme. I really enjoyed your poem and how much it reminded me of my own work. U can check mine out too if you'd like :) great work, very nice poem :)

Some truths best left unspoken.

I already thought the poem was good before I was halfway through. But the ending was what impresed me. Is was so unexpected. And yet it fit in so well. It gave the poem real meaning. I will read the evrything you have sent in. and your on my email when this person contributes list.

"The bigger the dreams, the smaller the competition"

The rhyme isn't forced and flows so nicely. It's an incredible poem that tells a story, plus it has a happy ending. I like it. :)

Your poem is so fantastically romantic. I can see every line as I read them. And you're really lucky to have a guy like him. :)

"Life is not measured by the amount of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away."

This poem was really inspiring. I love how you rhymed each line, but it still made sense. Not many poets can pull that off.
