"Don't punish yourself," she heard her say again, but there would be punishment and pain, and there would be happiness too. That was writing."
--Markus Zusak, "The Book Thief"

Wouldn’t it be beautiful
If fairies and pixie dust
Could make you fly?

Wouldn’t it be beautiful
If happy endings emerged
Out of fairy tales?

Wouldn’t it be beautiful
If knights in shining armor
Really came to the rescue?

Wouldn’t it be beautiful
If Santa Clause brought presents
On every Christmas Eve?

Wouldn’t it be beautiful
If perfect was a thing that
Could really be achieved?

Wouldn’t it be beautiful
If love could be
Unending?

Wouldn’t it be beautiful
If you believed it?

Santa Claus DOSEN'T deliver presents on Christmas Eve?????????? I REFUSE TO BELIEVE THAT!!!!(Nah, Im joking.)

This is a very beautifly poem. You know, It just occered to me that some of those things could be possible if we believed they were, perfection(in somethings), unending love, Knights in shining armor (as long as we don't literally expect armor). It really gave me food for thought. Great job.

Hope, Love, breathe <3 - Me

i like the question at the end of each verse, it makes it more personal i think. I only have one thing i didn't really like and that was at the end instead of ''If you believed it'' i think it could be better if it was just ''if you believed'' but thats your deicison and its really good anyway!! :)
