Salem Via Arthur Miller
I walked with the devil and who did I see?
Goody Osburn was there waiting for me
Tituba lured me with her song and her dance
And mister I swear we were all in a trance
But now I’m free to do God’s will
And to repent here’s a list of people to kill
Who was with the devil? I saw Goody Bibber
Also Alice Barrow, Goody Howe, and Goody Sibber
The tortured me there and made me drink blood
Yet my feet continued to twirl in the mud
The corrupted me, sir, they made me laugh at prayer
And I have so wanted to escape their snare
So thanks for the rescuing, my good witch doctor
And lastly let me condemn the no good Goody Proctor
