Selfish
I keep laying in the bed in our room we built together
When you promised me that you would stay with me forever
Now I'm tangled in the sheets where the good and bad meet
And I just don't see you coming around back to me
I know I'm sounding selfish but I'm feeling pretty helpless
And I have my support
But it truly isn't helping
And I keep acting like you're mine and that we have each other's hearts
And that's exactly what's tearing us apart
I know you need your space so you can become better
But when I see your face I want to write you this letter
And I'm not saying I'm dying
But I can say that I've thought about trying and
If that doesn't say I love you then I think you are lying
