     smile my bashful smile and see the pure love in my eyes

I want you to miss waking up and seeing me lying next to you,

      smiling to yourself thinking “this is mine,”

I want you to miss our 2am conversations about the world, or nothing at all

Please miss our time watching our favorite tv shows and holding me when I was scared

I want you to miss the time we spent playing mindless video games,

       and how you had to teach me everything

Miss our singalongs to our favorite musicals

Miss our adventures, whether near or far

Please, miss us in our rawest form,

and know that no one else has made me feel like that
