"We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope." Martin Luther King Jr.

Words

We find them in everyday life

Do those words truly have meaning though

What happens when the words go away

When nothing is there

Is silence something to be afraid of

Or something to love

Silence can be dark and scary

Silence can be overwhelming and loud

Silence is unguarded

Silence can be peaceful

Silence can be everything one needs

Silence is fair

What is it?

Does it help or hinder

Can one find noise in the the silence

When silence comes will it last

When silence finally does come

Will you finally have something to say

I want people to have a voice, don't let silence eat you up.
