Time
It is all around us
When you have too much of it
It still isn’t enough
Never able to physically touch it
But you can still
Give it away
When it slows down
You
Speed up
When you need it
You never have enough of it
When you don’t need it
You have too much of it
This word
TIME
4 letters describing something you can’t touch
But you always have to have it on you
I always ask my parents what they think time is. I never understood how we as humans could give names to things that are not tangible. This poem is what happens when you give a curious thirteen year old girl twenty minutes to write a poem about something that confuses her.
