Behind the mask
You will find someone who is crumbling
Someone who is breaking down
They always help others
But they need the help instead
They give so much
And get so little
They put the mask on that shows a smile
To hide them cracking
They hide the truth so others don’t ask
They do so much for others
They run out of time for themselves
Behind the mask
You will find someone that needs help
Someone that needs you to ask
Someone that is in tears
Someone that needs help rebuilding
