I want you to
hold me by the arms
and kiss me on the head
Tell me how pretty I am
and how it blinds
Stay with me into the hours of dawn
and laugh until the final embers of dusk
Love me me with your heart
your chest, your lungs, your breath
Make it easy to forget
the times you weren't there
in my room
with the blinds, closed tight

I also always wish for things I can never have due to certain circumstances...But, I have the hope that they may understand me and let me have those things because those are positive things...Keep writing, because your poem brought tears to my eyes...
