Shoot me,
It won’t change,
My heart.
I won’t fall,
No matter the pain,
Until my soul is safe,
Safe from the devil,
Lurking below.
He is in my head,
But I hear,
That angelic voice,
Saying try.
Stand up,
Keep moving,
Fight the devil.
