Rainbows

The world needs more rainbows.
There are too many cynics,
Too many suit jackets,
Too many folks whose reds and greens have been bleached by folks who got bleached by folks who got bleached.
Too many god-fearing, stock-buying, money-loving, politics-talking, plain-black-ink-on-plain-white-paper folks in the world.
The world needs more rainbows.
More collectors of buttons.
More brand new watercolor painters, just starting out.
More of those butterflies you get from that shining personality (I swear they breathe color).
More folks who fall smack on their faces only to look up and smile through their bloody noses.
Yes sir, the world needs more folks like that.
