imagery poem
Ice fishing thin ice
For when the ice freezes on the lake
We head out with are poles auger and
, we check the ice every ten
Feet we hear the ripping roar the ice makes all over
For it scares me every time we move further out when we
Have found the spot and the ice lets out a roar
Beneath us I jump for which i do not know
If the ice is getting stronger or weaker i just
Pray it holds up.
