Early summer afternoon

Lovely kites and hot air balloons

Iced lemonade and rose red watermelons

on top of the meadow beneath the fluffy clouds

How lovely

the summer clouds are!

Cheering children staring far

Just like marshmallows, sweet and soft

Forest, Ocean, Sandy beach

Drinking Coca-Cola and eating peach

Gentle clouds rambling, comfortable and cozy

The soft breeze rustling through the tips of the trees

Birds

                         Chirming

With a silvery voice

Cicadas

         Chirping

Until the subsequent sun-rise

When time tiptoed to the end of the day

Sunset glow shining over the hay

Clouds become long and narrow

with bright colors and red like marrow

The God probably overturned his delicate palette

which dyed the sky like an ocean of rose and violet

I start wondering

about this summer fantasy—

How beautiful is the world

And how thought-provoking is nature

But still, still

So many people

Immerse themselves in the electronic world

Amusing themselves to the end of death swirls

The Brave New World is approaching

What should we do during the following early summer afternoon?
