Favorite Quote:
Eleanor Roosevelt - "Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift. That's why we call it 'The Present'"

Emily Dickinson - "Hope is the thing with feathers that perches in the soul - and sings the tunes without the words - and never stops at all."

The world keeps turning round and round
Your years skipping from kid to teen to adult
Adolescence years are the memorable ones
But like life, the young years never last

The trees are always changing colors
From red, orange, brown, and yellow
Trees are the natures beauty that is always proudly shown
But like life, the colors never last.

The smell of a store filled with fresh treasures
The new shoes and shirt you bought
Clothes are a human's favorite concealment
But like life, the new clothes never last.

The taste of oranges on your tongue
The juices running down your throat
They are the fruits of all fruits
But like life, the oranges never last

The wind which blows in your face
The scent of freshness when it strokes your nose
The wind is the masterpiece to our painting
But like life, the wind never lasts

Enjoy the creation that mother nature brings
Enjoy the things that you may have
For the simple pleasures of life don’t ever last.
