ive written about you before
how ive been lost in your eyes, in your hair
how every time i feel sad
I remember back to when we spent time together in the summer
underneath those trees, laying in eachothers arms
and now were so apart by bad luck and choice
all i can hope to do is remember back to those times
before the year ends and we fly across the world
day dreaming in the dark when the tunes get to loud
when i only remember the past i can fall into your arms
and remember the better times with a little dance
10 outa 10 is what anybody would rate your laugh
beating me in all the little games we played
seeing you go so far in the world makes me smile
before the year ends, and we depart to lands i couldn't name
i just need to make sure your with somebody you love
im overthinking and making things worse
why do i need to think of you again
but once a friend
forever
