I'd swer our eyes met,

Only to see different views...

In mine a glimpse of us ,

To you a complete stranger...

Too insecure , too late call dibs,

Disappointment walked me back ..

A little smile did I see ,

A little optimism made me smile that night.

Time a funny thing,

turned liquid ..

Destiny held me,

brought me in front of a friend of ours...

Blank canvas was what i was

You right in front of me ,

Ur smile crippled hearts ...

Mine was no exception.

Scene 3

A hey ....

Was all it took ...

A little excited,  a little impatient

A little scared , a little too happy ...

Crossed fingers, a date and a brownie Sundae...

And there we became one and the same.

Thoughts spiralling on memories ..

Hand hesitating to leave ..

Tongues paused in frame of ecstacy

Blissful as it sounds ...

Is our little fantasy .

Love shall not be idealised...

For its beyond my words to define ...
