What is love?

Is it something so sourly sweet

Something where

Warm and cold meet

Is it knowing someones every move?

Their favorite animal

Their favorite food

Sometimes it is when they

Clean the house

when your cat brings you

a now-dead mouse

Or when someone tells you

“You’re doing great!”

Or when with the twists and turns

The path is straight

Can it be the

Soft feeling warm hugs make

Or your super supposedly

Secret handshake

Or just being there

In the room

And heading out

On walks with you

I’ve heard its communication

And letting you know

When feelings of anger

Might start to show

What is love?

Honestly- no clue.

Its definition

Is up to you

Maybe its a point of life
