Engrave
I would engrave a heart,
Into the ice,
and sealed
in the snow.
But it was piercing outside,
Frozen my fingers.
The storm terrifying disordered,
Flies the fluttering hair,
dimmed my vision
like dense dark spider silk.
The glitter is pouring so rapidly,
Accumulates piles of fragile hills
Each time I illustrate,
Would fill up right away.
Helplessly telling me
It’s impossible,
I can’t melt the glacier,
It’s impossible,
I can’t warm the winter.
