My job? To keep the grilling burgers rare
I’ve seen it hundreds of times. Burgers well done. The customers don’t want the burgers to be this way. They fill out a survey saying the burgers were too well done. Next time my manager tells the employees to make sure the burgers are cooked medium rare.
