Reflected Joy
People say I don't smile, which is quite very true
The thing is my joy's compiled into someone called "you".
When I've closed all the windows, all the doors
And sit alone in the dark empty hall
It's you who opens the panes one by one and lets in the light before I take my final fall
You never even tried...
It's your presence which replied
The joy spread across your face is automatically transferred onto mine
I see you running carelessly into the fields
Gazing upon the glittering stars
I'll always be behind you as your shield
Regardless if we are one or part
