Doors are dented

Mirrors are ruined

Makeup is scattered

These are all signs of my anger

Stripped away from innocence

I scream and scream

Until I have no strength left

Externally

And internally

I’m an empty tunnel

Dark and the opposite of bliss

No more cars lighting it up

No more music from them making it alive

I’m dead

After anger leaves my body with my vigor

And gets replaced with sadness

My soul ripped away from my body

Everything once in me replaced with nothingness

I get through the days

Walking through the same hallways

Walking by the same people

Everything is the same

Blended

I’m scared

I’m scared of myself

Of what I might do

Of my reflection in the mirror

My anger perhaps is just

fear

I struggle with mental health issues and managing my anger a lot, so I tried to put my experiences into words.
