Forgotten
There sits a bear
A stick in his hair
Decaying leaves spread across
His arm limp from a tear
Vision a blank stare
He used to be in someone's care
Growing full of moss
Colors fade from the sun's blare
Those who pass he gives a scare
For a second, I think I see a glare
Instead, there is only withered gloss
Did the kids who played with him share?
He is no longer tossed into the air
There sits a bear
Old and forgotten
