The Butterfly Garden
All by myself,
In a small little corner,
Dirty and broken,
But I can fix it.
After all I am not just a misfit,
I can still do it fine.
Trim the pine,
And smell the needles.
Plant the flowers,
And feed them water with a hose in little showers.
Lift the fountain,
And set it atop the beautiful mountain.
Now I can call this place home.
The only place I still wish to go back to,
That I wish to roam.
