Little me
It was around the first and second week of the school, and everyone was confused My parents were supposed to pick me up Was waiting and waiting till younger me couldn’t wait anymore My heart was beating fast and didn’t know what to do. With a little fear/confusion and adrenaline rushing I decided to walk it all the way back home alone. It was pretty scary and a long journey for a 6 year old Thought coming from left and right, while tears would fall from my eyes As I was thinking something might have happened to my parents A while later, my tears stopped as I saw my house and a wave of happines And joy washed over me. I walked home and saw my mother was getting ready to come to my school She was just super late.
