Take Flight
One day I was tasked with a project grand,
Ambition ignited, across my mind.
A drone of great size, to take to the air,
A challenge was immense, but we wouldn't despair.
Six months of effort, determination in sight,
Each obstacle faced, with all of our might.
In this competition, we'd strive to win.
With wings of hope, and dreams in our eyes,
We presented our drone,
Judges impressed, by what they saw.
Innovative solution, we proudly displayed,
A victory won, in the path we've paved.

I was inspired to write this poem after I won an engineering competition. It was a project I worked on for 6 months.
