Free Verse Poem: {Erased}
I'd rather not know.
I'd rather cling to the past:
to your feathery touch
and to your every smile and lie,
to how your skin felt
on mine
because I know
her touch lingers longer than mine,
because I know
she'll leave no trace of me behind
