All thoughts are made of something
And mine were made of rain
Until you sauntered in
And they burst forth into frostbitten flowers!

It could have been a distraction
A diversion from a joyless life
But you make me smile,
Meaning more to me than it ever has before

This is love
Smiles
Sprinkler pranks, soft kisses to the cheek
Gory movies, random food fights

F*** kisses in the rain
Let's make out in the gutter,
Piss off waiters,
and
smash TVs

Tonight we'll dance in the moonlight
And get our own escort home
In Officer Bob's taxi
Cradled in each others' arms,
drunk
and sleeping
to the tune of "Falling in Love at a Coffee Shop"
