at the gym I have nothing to do so i just sit down on the floor

I stare and watch everyone enjoy their gym time with someone else I start to feel down

I usually dont feel like this usually I am happy but today I am just not in the mood I don't know why I am just sad

I dont know what is happening for the first time all of the suden I am sad and the worst part is I don't know why

I get home hidding feelings

I lay in the couch next to my mom

I ask her if we are going to curch today

and she says no and asks why

and I say because... and I satrts to cry

she askes what is wrong but I say I don't know i am just sad

she says that it will be allright and I belive her but I am still sad

she tells me to prey

so I go to my room and prey and before I know it Im not sad anymore noe I sm happy all thankx to god
