Who knew that pleasure
Could also destroy.
To feel so good
with a price to pay.
Only one with
Nothing to lose
Would cry all night
hoping for day
Or maybe that he
wouldnt see dawn
or hear what else
They have to say
To live where he does
Betrays his love
As he thinks of her
on Valintines Day
The sun peks over the
cold vally hills
And the sky changes colors
in its speacial way
Sittingwith shadows
Unde his eyes
Hoping and pleading
And waiting for day.
