To Be Little
I wish to be that little child
Without the wait on their shoulders
To be free from hatred and pain
To fill voids with smiles
I wish to remember what is was like
To believe in endless fairytales
To laugh at my shapeful shadows
And ride bikes until the pedals went on strike
I wish to be a child again
To never have to rid of dreams
To have a soul like everyone else
And love my old best friend like I once did
All that I wish has somehow disappeared
That little child faded away
That remembrance of that little kid is...
Now who I wish to be

I agree with little-miss-sunshine. I was completely captivated by your first two verses, but the last two were kind of... all over the place I guess. I get what you wanted to say, but you didn't get them out very well. Rearrange a little on the last two and you have a great poem! Keep up the work!
And check out my work if you ever get the chance!
