Bitter Blue Taste Eyes
Its hard to breath
Staring into your light
Green blue eyes.
A bitter taste along my tongue
Biting it hard
Keeping in a pained scream.
I watch you
Hoping for an answer
In your
Bitter-blue-taste-eyes
I guess you have
A reason.
A logical explanation
For changing your mind
As good alibi,
Excuse
To be…
To have those bitter-blue-taste eyes.
Was it something I said
Something I did?
Is there a reason you’re leaving?
Was there a moment you looked
Into my own pleading eyes.
Listened to the silent screams
And tears
The sobbing I didn’t let out
The blood you didn’t see
The scars you never noticed
Did your bitter-blue-eyes see that?
Or we’re they too busy
To listen
To see how I was breaking down
Without your bitter-blue-taste-eyes
To watch me
