Its Me

I look in the mirror but what I see is not quite what I want to be,
But it’s me.
I may not be perfect as I aspire to be
But it’s me.
I’m not superb or wonderful
But it’s me.
I’m not extravagantly beautiful
But it’s me.
With all those flaws and things that are right
It is me.
I wouldn’t change that girl in the mirror
Because it’s me.
