Treasure chest for my heart
Locked away forever, I will be
I’ll lock myself up and throw away the key
I’m going to hide myself from the rest of the world
Do a 360, a total twirl
For my heart has been cracked open, sprained and ripped apart
It’s taken too much damage, which isn’t very smart
This can’t be good for anyone’s heart, no matter who they are
It makes you think that happiness is, to reach, way wayyy too far
I’m afraid I won’t e able to sew back the parts
If it happens again, I won’t know where to start
It takes far too long to pick up the pieces
And every time it takes a hit, its durability decreases
This is why I’m creating, a strong piece of art
What I’m crating is a treasure chest, specially made for my heart
