Wall Street Journal Love Poem
We are in an extraordinary moment.
I don’t know the precise work for what’s
happening, but it has a context.
How refreshing and even touching is it to
focus together on what’s actually happening.
With the obvious aggression, not about feeling
it, but showing it.
Here’s the big picture, or part of it.
Lately I seem to acknowledge the reality, but
being consistently surprised by it.
There is so much experience to share, so much
wisdom, but will come responsibility and
struggle that will need our focus.
We will come together because it is what we do.
