As the world cries
The earth cries
 The skies gray
 Trees dark
 Branches hang
 Full of sorrow
 The windows stain
 With the world’s tears
 The soil in the earth
Being bathed in the world’s pain
 The trees crying out
 Wanting it all to end
 The wind,
 Frustrated and angry
 Whipping fiercely through the air
The thin branches on trees convulsing in pair
 Shivering in fear
Pleading the world to stop crying
 The wind howling
 For the world is currently
 Punishing its’ contents
 In a wet despair
 The flowers wilting
For they know it’s won’t stop
Clouds role in, keeping the sun away
 Banishing it from its’ home
 The sky
The world still a sea of gray
 In pain and despair
For the world will continue to cry,
 Waiting for someone to care..
