I’ve seen you in the hallways of the school
I pass you a couple times a day
I’m curious about your name
Your mannerisms
I want a pass to your world
It’s the unknown and I’m up for an adventure
I want to become closer
I would love to hear your voice
And have you in my space
But instead I watch you from a distance
Across the hallway
And daydream this daydream
