Lonley Wanderer
I stare you down
 Confused wanderer
 You know of your past
 A lingering remembrance
 But so do I

And with all this knowledge what have we left?
But journey on, as stray hearts do
 Hoping to find solace
A form of salve for our pain

 We cannot heal the wound
There long before we found ourselves

 Sometimes your path crosses mine
 A glance of recognition
 A moment of knowing
A single catch of the eye, reveals too much

 Where you will travel
  I do not know
 Spinning orbs about each other
 We may not go far
 Unsealed wound
 Their breeders choose to disregard
 It knows of the pain
 Somehow they both carry on
