Too late
For a little bit
 I cared
 about his smile
 about his hair

 For a second
 I was aware
 of his body
 and his hands

 For a moment
 I was notified
 at every word
 and every pause

 But it passed
 as you passed me
 as I held back
 it was gone

 its later now
 and now you notice
 but i have passed
 like a memory

 I have passed
 you are late
 you noticed too late
 and i didn't wait
