The More...
The more I want him out,
the more he’ll never let me go.
The more I don’t want to hear his voice,
the more the silence whispers it.
The more I wish I never met him,
the more I wish he was next to me.
The more I want to never have felt his lips on my cheek,
the more I touch where they touched me.
The more I wish he never walked into my life,
the more I wish I had him back.
The more I want him erased from my mind,
the more I only think of him.
The more I wish I hated him,
the more that I love him.
The more I try to forget him,
the more I wake up at night, saying his name.
The more I cry at night,
the more I want him next to me to dry every tear.
The more I want him back,
the more fate pulls us both apart.
The more I wish I could see him again,
the more I knew that deep down,
 I never will.
