Starts with a Crash
The world starts with a crash.
The waves hit against the shore.
As I sit in the sand, let the grains run through my toes,
I look out and see only gray.
Gray sky, gray sea, gray horizon line.
The gray is like a mystery.
You can’t see past the fog.
What is beyond will be forever untold.

When the sun peeps its way from behind a gray cloud,
 The mystery starts to fade.
The sun makes a persons smiling face glow
And makes the world evermore clear.
But as the mystery starts to unfold,
There is one thing will never change,
The world starts with a crash,
As the waves hit against the shore.
