The World I Know
I've always caught my glimpses of sunshine.
The pocketed rays that illuminated darkness.
Now I feel that glow warm my face daily.
 The pursuit of happiness,
 That finally paid off.

I've forgotten the feeling of falling,
 and replaced it with the
 Freedom of flying.
 Soaring above the colliding cars,
 Invincible to the world below.
The only world I’ve ever known.
