"It takes a second to say I love you but a lifetime to show it" " Love is like the air we breath. It may not always be seen, but it is always felt, used, and needed"

I look and I stare
Out the window
Looking at gods grace
And everything he gave us

The nature that lies
That lies outside of these four walls

I’m stuck inside watching outside
Through the window in my room

Grounded all day and all night
Watching the stars
Through my big window

The window opens slowly
I crawl onto the roof
To enjoy the nature
That god gave us

The window closes
As I am stuck outside
I am stuck in the world
The world that god gave us

I wrote this poem on October 28, 2010. This poem is meant to show how my social life is. When I get asked to go somewhere with friends, I back out. I don’t know why. When their out having fun, I’m in my room looking out the window wishing things were different. My point is, don’t go through life wishing and regretting that you didn’t do something. Just enjoy life.
