I sit on my couch
just started crying
and all i am wondering is
what am i doing?

These tears that roll down my cheeks
This is how many times
you continued to lie to me.

Like a flowing river
just appeared on my face
and is rolling down
at a calm and steady pace.

I crawl up into
a small and well rounded little ball
then here come my friend
she wont ever let me fall.

As she lifts me back up
rubbing the tears off my face
"Listen my sister
this is not a race."

"Don't try to see
how fast your tears can go
just remember i am here for you
so you know."

"I know why you are crying
its because of he
you told me before
this is how you set yourself free."

So now i am free
free like a dove in the sky
this is the truth
this is not a lie.

But as the days go on
i do cry at night
and i think its beacause
you took away my bright shining light.

But as i breath in and out
i feel happy once again
that's when i know
my life....it's not the end.
