My Heart and My Feet

You say alot of things
and know just how to make me smile,
and I think I'll keep you for a little while.
But why do I feel the need to leave
when I know that youre everything I need.
My feet feel like running,
but my hearts in youre hands.
And maybe its because you weren't a part of my plan.
And I try my best to make this work,
but I'm scared that one day you'll get hurt,
and I'll be the one to break your heart,
but I cant stop what you had to start.
You said you were glad you met me and I did agree,
my heart was in your hands
my feet wanted to leave.
