Tied with the Strings of Humanity
With no belief
What do we really have?
Maybe just dependence
Strings tied with dark envy
To humanity itself
Belief drives humanity
People hoping for happiness
And food on the table
Is that belief?
Or is belief about god?
Someone always watching for us
Deciding our choices
Belief can be everything and anything
But what one must believe is that we are all on the highway
The highway of life
We may not know what life means
Why we are all here and our purpose
But we are all on this highway
Together as one
And only one beating heart
